1. The inspiration behind Alice In Healthyland was….
I wouldn't really say Alice In healthyland is a business just yet, it is more my side hobby. I love creating healthier versions of naughty recipes and sharing them with others, I love documenting my fitness journey with others and networking with other like minded people. I also have a passion for writing product reviews and sharing my honest opinion on products I love. I have done some sponsered blog posts recently, but would never write about anything I genuinly didnt love or use myself.

I am still a nurse. Nursing is something I will always love. I love the patient satisfaction and caring for others that need it. On the days I don't work is when I concertrate on Alice In Healthyland and of course my family and Winter Rose being a new born. I am releasing a baby and toddler ebook too.
